Luxe Prenatal Group!

Our Luxe Prenatal Group is fast approaching! We are excited to share some of the details of what we have planned for you! 
We are having a create your birth plan night, a dancing for birth class, we are making postpartum herb baths,  talking about breastfeeding and early infancy, having professional maternity pictures, we will be learning about  positioning to help you through a natural labour, talking about common interventions and still have a couple secrets up our sleeves ;)

We are meeting on Thursdays from 6-7pm from May 1st- June 5th. Registration is $100 for the 8 weeks. We currently have 3 spaces available! Email kirstonz@huronbirth or luxe_exeter@eastlink.ca to save a space.
